This is helpful, as I will be there in 2 weeks. Two questions: Are there queues on the tram to use the ticket screen? And your video cuts off quickly--is a paper ticket issued?

From this automated machine , no paper ticket will be issued, the GREEN tick ✔️ once you tap the card confirms the ticket issuance, during inspection you need to provide the credit/debit card to inspector, to verify the ticket. Paper tickets can be bought through the machines installed on bus/tram stations, same process as above, but you can even pay through cash, The paper ticket need to be inserted on the automated machine on bus/tram once you start the journey, that marks the start time. Will make a video on how to get paper ticket soon.

Absolutely, same ticket is valid in all trams and buses in the time duration ticket is taken for, For example a 24 hour ticket can be used in any mode of transportation in city for 24 hours.

Easiest way 1) install Jakdojade mobile app, go to ticket section, you can select hours, days, months, semester tickets, and it will be valid in both teams and buses for the month, 2) install urbancard mobile app, ticket's section, full offer, You will find full list of available tickets , buy and will be valid for both buses and Trams.

I don't live in Poland anymore. I'm Swiss. But I guess in Poland JakdoJade also provides the tickets now in Wroclaw and other cities. And there was another app where I used to prepay and use it for ticketing.
