@PoojaSharma-oo6im I have an answer for your questions that I had purchased two tickets through whatsApp and they sent me only one QR code then the same question popped up in my mind, I went to the ticket counter and asked the same, he said to me apply the qr for entry, I do the same but only one person could entered and then metro official again said to me reapply the same qr for another person for entry, i did but didn't work. After that he called someone to ask then he gave me one hard copy qr ticket I mean one qr in my mobile another is provided by metro official and said to me, there are two qr you have now, I said okay and when I reached to the destination and applied for the hard copy ticket for exit it worked but mobile qr didn't work. The metro official blamed me for the ticket theft, they said only hard copy qr you have where is another, I said another is in my mobile, I let them understood. they said, you had to be taken two hard tickets from counter after what's app booking method. I didn't understand when we had booked tickets through whatsapp what we needed to take hard tickets😂😂 Whatapp ticket is suitable for only a single person.
