Hiya Ranjan, once again another fantastic video, full of loads of useful information. Just a suggestion with future auction videos it might be good to have a guest who bought a lot that you guys dissect and then the new owner of that particular lot would share why they bought it, why they paid the amount they paid etc…. A good one would have been the first lot you guys (the cop shop) spoke about in this video. 😊

Love these auction reviews. Second property sold for 277K so possibly not such a bargain at that price. Too much money chasing too few deals.

Great discussion as usual, love the psychology of increasing the bids. Requires a lot of mental and emotional discipline.

Being of age and how to manage the sequence of returns in those early periods is what seems quite scary in the current market. The market is never a loser in a twenty year cycle, but the 2000s decade scenario scares me and could really disrupt my retirement. When you are no longer accumulating but withdrawing its hard to be anything but cautious.

Could you please discuss finance arrangements for these properties - as guessing vacant commercial property will be cash purchase or mortgage or bridging loan with very high interest rates ?
