I'm in Canada and I just used this site and his discount yesterday to get a fitted white dress shirt for a couple weddings this summer. I'll get it by the end of the month which is pretty awesome considering they are making the effing shirt just for me. The $109 satin fabric ended up costing $65 bucks with free shipping because of alpha m. Pretty ridiculous, I'm stoked! Thanks for the help!

How long till the next Alpha M project, Aaron?

Last year at school, I wore baggy sweaters, loose jeans, beat-up sneakers, my hair was frizzy and unkempt (they used to call me “Afro-dite”), my teeth were yellowish, my face was covered in acne, and I was nearly the stage of skinny fat. Needless to say, I was made fun of quite a bit. They called me “railroad tracks” (because of the braces), “pizza face” (acne, obviously), and told me I pretty much wore the same thing everyday. I realized I could be doing way better than I was. So I started watching a couple videos and taking a couple notes. I started getting my hair trimmed and I began shaving regularly. I started going to the gym. I used to way 135 skinny fat. Now I weigh 150 in muscle. My clothes are fitted to my body type (and I have my wonderful grandmother to thank for that, who is a very talented tailor who I love). I started wearing belts and found jeans that fit my lower pants. My beat-up sneaks were replaced with slick new Converse. I started wearing a watch, using hair product, washing my face with an assortment of acne medication. (I get teased about my “poshness.” Kids always tell me that I should wear a large shirt size and stop buying “children’s clothing because it’s too small on me.” I honestly don’t care. I give them a witty rebuttal and go on my way. My style, the fittedness, everything - it makes me feel confident and fashionable. That’s all that matters. Besides, you’re never too young to look like a gentleman. 😉) I’ve even recently starting turning from a painfully awkward person into a extrovert. I’m very happy with my progress, and I’ve gotta thank this channel wholeheartedly. Thank you, Alpha. You rock!

I totally agree with your commentary in reference to wearing a black dress shirt. I wear black as my fashion canvas as I have jet black hair. I then layer coloured accessories and/or black accessories over that. I do get many compliments on my styles of dress in this manner

Hey Alpha could you discuss the washing techniques of the shrinkable clothes (usually cotton)? How do you wash your dress shirts (and others) without having ANY sign of shrinkage. Cold vs warm vs hot wash? Detergents and fabric softeners? Drying cycles?

I've tried the shirt/suit from modern tailor and was very disappointed. However, when I tried ordering shirts from Tailor Store, they fit perfect and look good. Tailor Store is my go to store for dress shirt from now on. Very satisfied with the fit/quality of the shirts from Tailor Store.

Dear Aaron, I loved this video, like so many. You have a very positive energetic vibe to you that works very energizing. I have a question I hope you can address, or anyone else for that matter. I'd love to attain some well-fitted, damn sexy, tailored shirts like in this video, but I'm always held back by 1 concern. I have a skin that is pretty sensitive to UV radiation and skin cancer is running in the family. Therefore I would prefer to invest in a (or multiple) shirts that give me UPF rated protection against both UVA and UVB radiation. Do you know any company similar to Tailer Store, but giving options for UPF rated fabrics? I've been looking at (of the rack, though mainly online) sun-protective clothing for a long time now, but often feel the fits and styles available leave lots to be desired. Yet the prices are sometimes those of tailored shirts. So it got me thinking; is there a possibility to combine those two worlds? Best wishes from The Netherlands!

I tried a shirt from Tailorstore once. I didn't nail the fit the first time, but it got better after a wash and small adjustment. The biggest problem was: I tried the cheapest white fabric because I just wanted to try out the company. The fabric honestly isn't great: it feels synthetic (although it's cotton) and is very thin. This might not be the case for higher end fabrics, but just a heads up for potential buyers.
