At 3:45 you'll see stamp duty of 0.67 pound; that is from the [London] stock exchange (not the broker, so don't blame T212 for that). Just that people know.

Since a share is a part of the company, you’d buy a share then sell it when the value of the company is high.

Nice video. I already have bought shares in a start up for next year called ABWN or Airborne Wireless Network. It still is dirt cheap on the OTC and is a brand new form of internet that does not use satellites, removing all space debris. This is my first real try at investment shares. Fingers crossed.
