I know this video is 3 years old but it still works. Did you try using the fire stick remote to change the volume? I can't get my volume up/down buttons to work on the remote. The Home button works on the remote and I can use it to return to the fire stick home screen. The steering wheel control still works to change the volume, however. Any ideas?

It seems to me he has some vehicle data link behind that radio.. some interface because the oem settings is highlighted in his settings. Meaning if you don’t have a data bus and wire harness connected this might not work…

Hello. Please, can you help me ? I bought the Xiaomi TV stick and when I connect it to my Pioneer it recognizes Xiaomi it goes to the Android TV logo and then it restarts and it is always restarting. Can you please tell me how you connected yours to Pioneer? Thanks.

What did you end up doing with the power for firestick? I heard that USB C in the back of the unit does not work when directly plugged to the Firestick. Did you find this to be the case or did you get power elsewhere?

You can always buy the $10 cable from eBay so you don't have to do the touch bypass. Just get in your car and drive. I only watch music videos. REALLY SUCKS that pioneer made us do this instead of just grounding the yellow wire. Bastards i tell ya!

🤦🏼‍♂️🙋🏼‍♂️ i do not understand why u are doing all of that to bypass the parking break….didnt u put the toggle switch in???🤷🏼‍♂️ when u put ur car in gear, the video stops Playing..to bypass that, all u have to do is get u a toggle switch, w a red and black wire..take the lime green wire on ur radio and connect that to the red wire in toggle switch, and then just ground ur black wire to a screw, the all U have to do is when u put ur car in gear, and the attention messege pops up, U turn the toggle switch on, and it bypasses rhe parking break and ur video starts playing again…i dont understand all that stuff u was dojng to bypass the parking break..🤷🏼‍♂️..that light green wire is ur parkig break wir3. U just DONT wire it into the harness..u wire it to a toggle switch and ur done..and just mount ur toggle Switch somewhere easy to get to mine is right under the dash close to the radio…takes about 15 minutes to install,.and then only takes 1 second to turn on and bypass the pArking break
