My KZfaq on v20 LG needs to be updated and the only way to do that it's requesting for the forgotten google account. Any help on this one..??

Can you please help me it lets me get to where I go to KZfaq or where I click on the thing to get to KZfaq and then it stops me and says that I have to install a new version of KZfaq and then I can't do nothing

I have been trying to bypass my LG m150 for almost two months I can unlock every other phone except the best one. I get to the set up wizard and won't set up I've spent hours upon hours people don't know how I can do one thing on a phone for 10 hours and still no bypass just passout
