Note: you want to turn on safe mode before leaving troubleshoot, to go on safe mode, you go on troubleshoot > advanced settings > startup settings, if you don't do this then the command prompt won't work ps: please pin this, this is important advice

Very useful, just how do I undo it? My parents have there accounts on my computer and the default account Zone which they took away from me and put up a password I don't know. I changed the password to it with CMD but it still had parental controls. I accidentally disabled family safety on my account instead of Zone soooooo... How do I fix that...

If you have problems getting admin and your pc is set to a language other than english, you have to write administrators in the language your pc is set to.

I've been doing this for years, and i got a new pc. the problem is that on the new PC it doesnt even show up for the drives and it does not recognise any drives at all (been trhough the whole thing), and also it doesnt show up most troubleshoot optnios, not even continue to PC. idk what to do, anyone got a similar problem here?

This is an extremely bullet proof method of doing this, however, ive seen some operating systems not allow the recovery command prompt and needing a password. This doesnt not notify your parents as i was using a rendition of this method when i knew the parents password. However, i am curious on to how to turn the microsoft safety back on to log time without shutting my computer down and turning it back on.

I do also reccommend trying to reverse this method when and if you ever take your computer into a public place when you get older and the Microsoft safety features are uninstalled I have no idea how to do that though...

Another thing, type in "wpc" in the each of the tabs of the task manger... in case your aim is horrible and you can't click the Microsoft safety

I don't know but I don't think so. Forcibly shutting down a process doesn't give it any chance to report back so from the parentals control point of view it should look about the same as shutting down the computer.

FYI: this isn't a silenced method, a parent will notice that they will have their child's user removed. second of all if the family is restricted enough to only the administrator's control, there is a chance that they will notice that you managed to bypass their settings, and this is from experience between me and my father.

@@TVLG-qf7vh so, like, there's a bug when making yourself admin and your computer is on at like 2 in the morning, so, what I usually do is only admin myself when I need it. The rest can be done through the lock screen. So instead of "/add" it's "/delete" I haven't ran into any other problems other than that. Another note, if your parents check it often, you'll want to log time, so make sure you turn it on before you start playing. Then, once it gives you a 15 minute warning, turn everything off. It'll then proceed to to give you the 2 minute warning, make sure you're ready for it so you don't accidentally request more time. You should be good after that.

you missed a driver info the computer doesn't know where this is. it should look like cd c:\windows\system32 or cd d:\windows\system32
