Its funny and humbling seeing a literal MILLIONAIRE, using a simole camera to film, a regular white oard and marker, and just filming ina regular room. Goes to show how this is a simple man with a simple lifestyle. He was WILLING to put in the work to get to where he is. Makes me feel like wholesaling is fairly simple, just have to be willing to sacrifice weekends and learn all the ins and outs

I don’t understand. If there is a home listed for let’s say $150,000 on the MLS would I multiply 0.7 from it? Or would I assume the ARV will be $200,000 and multiply 0.7?

I have always thought that the price the MLS had for a distressed property was the price you would have to subtract 30% from now I understand it’s in fact the assumption price of how much it could potentially sale for minus 30%

ya but the closing costs and fees are why you offer the 30% off because it does include the closing costs etc.. true they will still buy at 20% off, but atleast 5% goes to closing costs and fees
