Hi friends, You have common question why marketplace commission calculated on Gross Product Expenses? Ans: If you calculate on final selling price it form loop calculation. For example: final selling price Rs100 + commission 10% = Rs 110 now final selling price increased then again need to calculate commission on increased price Rs110 and so on your calculation will in loop. This is reason we need to calculate commission on Gross Product Expenses. Minor 0.5% to 1.5% difference will come which can be adjusted by tuning Profit Margin.
