Re: In your example of ROAS, you stated: "For every $1 invested in advertising, a profit of $1.33 was obtained". Actually, $1.33 of "revenue" was obtained, which is significantly different from profit. If you had extended your formula to include margin, less operating expenses and Cost of Sales, this ROAS would put you out of business.
