In this video I demystify how to calculate the break-even point for your bar/restaurant. There are a dozen different ways to calculate the break-even point, but I'm going to give you four easy steps you can follow to determine how much revenue you need to bring in each month in order to stay afloat, and then we will also calculate how many guests you need to get into your restaurant each day to reach that amount of revenue.
If you don't know your break-even point, then you don't know when you stop bleeding money and when you start earning profit. Make sure you understand break-even analysis.
