Mathematical Formula to calculate proper E-Step:
Amount of Filament Extruded × Current E-Step ÷ Actual Extruded Amount = New E-Step to input
Example 100mm
Current E-Step 137.4
Actual Amount 98.7
New Estep 139.2
100 × 137.4 ÷ 98.7 = 139.2
If you have installed the Dual Gear Extruder I recommended in the first video on this series I recommend a base E-Step Value of 138 this will get you close.
