Can you leave them in the water without removing them? How often do you need to replace ph probe?

Yes, these meter probes were meant to stay in the solution permanently. You can take them out periodically to clean them. You replace the probes only if they are damaged. How long they last depends on how you maintain them, thank you.

Yes they are but don't allow water to touch the plug for the electrical socket.
