Honestly I went to therapy for anger issues when I was in high school my therapist told me it’s like a Triangle first she told me to Feel. She said before we get angry we usually feel it in our body first like we can feel it on our face, fist, whole body, etc. She then said realize ur angry by knowing where u feel it. She then told me when u realize this feeling stop to Think that’s the second part of the triangle. Third take a positive Action. It u ever just need to walk away cause u can’t handle the anger do it but think about it and come back to it when ur ready to handle the situation.

I just can stand watching my classmates getting hurt or being bullied by others. I can't stop the fight with words, so when I use my fist to stop it I will get out of control. If I just don't do anything and try to supress it I just get really mad and can't concentrate on anything.

Thank you for this. I'm often irritated with my mom and I got really mad recently. Being angry and staying that way is toxic and I needed an outlet to channel my anger. Writing down and mapping my emotions helps me visualize these patterns better so I don't have to get pissed off

Thank you for this video. The biggest things I learned was to write it down as an outlet, Anger is built off other emotions, own it and do not blame others. I think I blamed others in the past and it only lead to more pain. I will reflect on these tips for the rest of my life.

I watched the video, thank you. You're right. Anger is a reaction, and I need to own the fact that, yes I might be upset with someone because of something they did, but the anger is mine and mine alone. I need to try that chart drawing thing, because I've been an angry person all my life and these last three years have been... Pretty terrible. Went to some dark places. I'm sick of it. I don't want to be angry anymore. Genuinely, thank you

Lord have mercy, I don't WANT to be angry, it's such a internal implosion, bouncing around like a rabid caged animal. I will work on implementing your strategies right away. Thank you and God bless.

I needed to listen to this because I have two narcissists in my life in which I’m educating myself as to what’s really going on. The tracking part is what I need to pay attention to because as everyone knows triggering is what narcissists do. I’m getting a grip on why I’m reacting and not responding. It’s important for me to realize when I’m around assholes I need to just get away in order to save myself. Thank you for your video. 👍

This. Video changed my life. I have been suffering with bouts of anger. Nothing was working and I had tried it all. Even medications. Social workers, doctors. I watched this video and something shifted I felt for the first time in my 34 years of life that someone understood me. That was huge for me . I didn’t feel so un normal or the mad one or the one who always gets mad. I was at such a bad point that relationships were being infected. Loosing jobs, loosing everything around me.

wow, this has just described the past 2 years of Hell i have been living in...... i felt like i was in a spider web, things just got worse and worse and when i was pulled out of the situation i took a look at myself and could not believe the person looking back at me....tired & old, I did not recognise myself....very scary. I am blessed to now have the opportunity to heal and move forward....as i left South Africa, I felt sure I may never return, this was the end of the road for me.....now i have hope that I can heal and move forward as I make my way back to the USA, and this journey through Turkey & Egypt will be my healing journey. Sorry this is so long, Thank you for putting out what i knew all along was the root cause, but that faint knowing was overridden by the anger. thank you for your Empath related videos.

Married to a self absorbed narcissist is debilitating. The door is always open for him to enter, to talk about himself, what he’s doing, what he’s thinking, what he’s observed/noticed. Then when I attempt to respond/contribute to the conversation his response is “that’s not what “I” “I” “I” was talking about” ,or “I have to go or I will be late”. I am there to talk ‘AT’, not to talk ‘with’. This has taken me from being an extremely calm, level woman - to feeling as if I could explode to the point of being nothing more than flesh, blood, and bones dripping from the ceiling, and down the walls. Narcissists are extremely detrimental to the health of others.
