Being a lawyer I also face such questions but once with anger I replied that yaar tum log entertainment ki news padhte ho, kiski shaadi hui ya kiska divorce hua ye padhte ho par govt ka notification ya Supreme court or High court ke kuch aise precedent jo asli zindegi main kaam aata hai usko mat padho. I will tell you why they won't study because sometimes supreme court passes orders which can be 100 or more pages but that does not mean we won't study it people read two states or any romantic nobles but they won't read a simple gazzeted notification. Digi locker started in the year 2019 and from 2020 every state govt slowly have initiated implementation of the same but funniest part 90% of population is unaware of it. Also I request you to have a video of fundamental duties because in current scenario we have a very bad habit of exploiting our rights but when it comes to perform our duties 99% indians failed to do ...

Driver's License ke liye Driver ka Insured hona Compulsory hona chahiye. ... Logically it's more important.... Insurance must be made mandatory for Issuing Driving License.

Please Note the below rules, Act, section and amendments. As per the latest amendments in the IT Act 2000 and the Motor Vehicles Act 1988, digital driving license and vehicle's RC papers stored in DigiLocker will be now legally recognised at par with the original documents MoRTH (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways) has recently added a few amendments under the Motor Vehicles Rules 1989. Ministry of Road Transport and Highway has issued an Amendment in Rule 139 of CMVR (Central Motor Vehicles Rules ) vides its bearing No G. S. R 1081(E) dated 2nd Nov 2018 allows all sort of docs in Electronic Form As stated in the Motor Vehicles Act 1932, it is illegal for a Traffic cop to take away your car keys forcefully. No police officer, irrespective of his or her rank or authority can indulge in this sort of action According to The Indian Motor Vehicle Act, 1932, traffic officers of and above the rank of an assistant sub-inspector are authorised to give away traffic violation challan or notices, which are for spot fines only. Only officers of the rank of ASI (one-star), sub-inspector (two-star) and inspector (three-star) are authorised to collect spot fines. cop has the authority to seize your vehicle in case of a traffic violation such as speeding over the limit, jumping the red light etc. According to Section 130 of the Motor Vehicles Act when a police officer asks you for the documents, you only need to present your license at that moment. The choice of handing over the rest of the documents is completely at your own will. Section 130 of Motor Vehicle clearly reads, “The driver of a motor vehicle in any public place shall, on demand by any police officer in uniform, produce his licence for examination” Therefore, the law says “produce” (section 130) and not hand over. Cannot tow the car with a person inside: The Traffic Police cannot tow your car away if a human being is sitting inside the car. As long as someone is sitting inside the car, it cannot be towed away. Cannot force you out of the vehicle: A police officer can never force you to get out of the vehicle or take your keys off the ignition forcefully. If you are female or accompanied by a female and you are being stopped after 6 pm, you can ask the cop to bring a female cop. A male cop cannot physically search you 19. Power of licensing authority to disqualify from holding a driving licence or revoke such licence.- 130. Duty to produce licence and certificate of registration.-(1) The driver of a motor vehicle in any public place shall, on demand by any police officer in uniform, produce his licence for examination: 202. Power to arrest without warrant.-(1) A police officer in uniform may arrest without warrant any person who in his presence commits an offence punishable under section 184 or section 185 or section 197: YOUR RIGHTS AS A CIVILIAN THE RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT, 2005 No. 22 of 2005 The freedom of speech under Article 19(1) (a) includes the right to express oneâ€™️s views and opinions at any issue through any medium, e.g. by words of mouth, writing, printing, picture, film, movie etc. Section 166:- Public servant disobeying law, with intent to cause injury to any person Section 166A:- Public Servant disobeying direction under Law Section 167:- Public servant framing an incorrect document with intent to cause injury Section 168:- Public servant unlawfully engaging in trade Section 294 of the Indian Penal Code lays down the punishment for obscene acts or words in public IPC Section 96 to 106 of the penal code states the law relating to the right of private defence of person and property.

Nicely explained our rights,duties and police officials too. If violation of any one either from us or police would take them in difficulty. Very good. There are instances that officials take bribe but at the same time vehicle owners make some faults or brake rules, who are ready to give money. I found that in other countries, traffic rules are very strict.
