I can cart full easily though when I’d try to do cart dub it’s hard for me to keep my body aligned straight since my legs bent and stiff and it messes up the rotation, Same thing for all my double twisting I will get it one day though! My goal is to land dub cart full this year and be consistent with it Thanks for tips!!!

Everytime i try cartdub i always do cart full and a half. Can never get the last half twist. My body just doesnt do what i want it to

If you have access to a gym or if you have something soft to fall on, drill double twists on to your back. This will help you understand what muscles you need to activate to stay straight on dubs. Drill it at least 10-15 times and then try cart dub while it's still fresh in your mind.

Thanks for this, I injured myself because I skipped loads of prerequisites like the cartfront and hyper and got injured. To anybody reading this, FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR BODY PRACTICE PREREQUISITES. YOU CAN AVOID TONES OF INJURIES. I injured myself exactly that way since I didn't have either. Great video as always 😁

I can already cart dub consistently and also dub cork from a few different setups but i always seem to just power through it and cant get the twisting right, im twisting in half tuck position almost all the time and just cant fix it. Helpp!?

Nice tutorial! Thank you! My difficulty is that I do 1,5 twist and land... I can not add 0.5 of second twist, may be I need more set and good twisting motion....

That really helped me, but i have a problem when I get into the full... My legs aren't straight when I am in the twisting position, they are in 90° and i just cant straighten them... Can you please try to help me with it?

I uh sorta yolo the trick and landed it one session but I can’t do it know I did a very blocky tech with my cart wheel and somehow wiped rotation!!!

Radisca Opoku they act bc they make a tutorial that we will instantly get it thier are problems we need to work on only reason these guys can fill like that is bc gymnastics. But I can't keep my legs straight and that what I need help with

I love the Guthrie tutorials on KTL, but the cart dub tutorial there is pretty unhelpful, been waiting for this video for a while!

A few tutorials on KTL aren't the best but these days Kojo is revamping the worse off tutorials. And in my opinion the more tutorials you watch the better because there's always something different with everyone's tricks so it's best to learn from as many people as possible 😝

aymxn uwu ktl has many more and they’re from different athletes who specialize in the tricks they teach. I’m not dissing Brendan but like he prolly shouldn’t do a triple cork tutorial cuz it’s not really his best friend.

I never understood why the gymnastics way always seemed easy and intuitive to me when cart dub was/is the total opposite. Though the tricking style looks easier than gymnastics style T_T
