Trying some spring trolling techniques to target Saugeye and Rainbow Trout. I caught 6 trout today, using a #4 Berkley flicker shad and a #5 flicker minnow. Both lures were of the painted variety rather than natural or metallic colors. Water temps were 48 degrees with 75 degrees air temp and high skies.
