Однозначно махавик вместе с корзиной новый надо ставить! Я был удивлён,что на заведённый двигатель махавик вручную точат...

Там еще трещины везде, что на корзине, что на маховике.

Он не точит . Он снимает зеркало с маховика . Чтобы лучше было сцепление - маховик + диск + корзина . Я так думаю.

Для русского это так близко, душевно! Вне мегаполисов и у нас так ремонтируют технику. На улице, без многообразия инструментов, со смекалкой. Особенно лет 10- 20 назад.

Это точно , при Союзе в сельских мтм механизации больше было, не говоря о пато . А нас один бывший ответственный работник постоянно с сельскими механизаторами сравнивал - с 96 весь ремонт на асфальте , у них там хоть тепло постоянно .

Зато у пакистанцев нет мороза и снега. Помню как то помогал у КРАЗа ступицы менять, в вездеходных колес на двускатные. Ноябрь, около нуля, ветер, каждые полчаса в УАЗик бегали чай пить, невозможно руки мерзли.

@@mazatrucker74rus56 вот-вот, чего там невозможного, на теплый мягенький песочек лег и лежи пол дня, гайки крути-верти. А у нас в грязь коленками встанешь, спину продуешь, руки от спешки разобьешь и нахрен потом вообще нихрена не нужно становится.

I have done this same repair on more than one vehicle, we are never too sophisticated to slap in a new clutch disc, clean and scuff everything up. That engine was running at almost top speed, That flywheel may have cracks but it will be there a long time yet

This work is hard enough having power tools makes me realize how much my 45 of years of turning wrenches part of the time was easier campared to these mechanics They are actually turning wrenches all the time I have watched several of these videos haven't seen any pneumatic impact wrenches used

Won’t be long until that pressure plate explodes in the bell housing, it’s all cracked to the edge😂🤦‍♂️ just leave the bell housing bolts loose you’ll be back in there shortly👍😂 Edit: also the flywheel😂

Exactly! Knarly heat checks in pressure plate and flywheel. Notice it didn't get a new pilot bearing or throwout bearing. Unbelievable

They don't care, actually. As long as the truck works for another few months. This labor is dirt cheap. I saw a rear suspension rebuild. They said it cost $13 U.S. LOL.

Он точно там есть? Не знаю как на грузовиках, но на легковушках не всегда, но с ним думаю, подшипники первичного вала коробки, будут дольше жить.
