I’m tried to change name of my FB page for several times in several weeks.It says : "You are unable to make additional requests at this time".I tried to as well to find the customer service in help centre but unsuccessfuly and getting tired of it.Anyone with the same issue who can help?

Facebook doesn’t send any notification or confirmation email telling if the name change is pending or not. How are we supposed to know if it is actually processing the name change or not??
