"this item is not available in your country" in Google Play Store is happening all the time due to country difference and hence currency difference and some restrictions.
I will show you how to change google play store country to download apps games books movies that are not available in your country due to currency difference and some restrictions

I have moved to UK. I changed my payment method to UK the region has changed to UK but it still does not show apps and games available in UK. I even deleted my India payment method. I even tried clearing data, adding my google account to device once again. but nothing is working to get UK apps please help

Thank you for this clear and detailed video. However, it didn't work for me! My situation is weird: last year I moved to Japan, so everything is real (address, IP, credit card, etc.) Still, I cannot change my country to Japan. I did everything you explained in the video, it still didn't work. Do you know why? Help pleaseee :(

create second payment profile follow 5:35 then go to the first payment profile and scroll all the way down and delete it, second payment profile will be your primary one. according to : support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7431675?hl=en#zippy=%2Cswitch-between-existing-country-profiles Tip: Your profile can take up to 48 hours to update.
