danny porras yeah we get it, but outside of that feature, Sync3 has some very impressive features that is worth checking out

What format does the USB has to be in?

That is a good question, but you shouldn’t have to format the USB as long as the image is a jpeg

@@lacombeford, got too. I just tried a sd card in format FAT32. It said, device not found.

Why can’t you use a phone cord to do this?

We aren’t sure. It requires a USB thumb drive in all the information we have. Have you tried with a phone cord, completing the steps? It is likely a programming thing.

I’m also trying to use my phone. I have a 2015 F150 and I can’t figure out how to do anything with this screen. There’s a card that says sync and a little compartment but can’t figure out what it’s for
