How to Change the Tyre on the Suzuki Jimny

If you have not yet changed the tyre on the Suzuki Jimny or you're just curious about where all the equipment is stored in the vehicle, you can follow along in this video.
Regardless of whether you drive a Jimny or not, you might find this video helpful. This video will probably be applicable to the 3 door and 5 door Jimny. The purpose of this video is not to replace the owners manual. Always follow the steps in the owners manual.
Hopefully this video is accurate and I have not made any mistakes.

Last jimmy l had you had to put blocks under the jack to get the tyre on as the jack wouldn’t the jack did not go high enough

Wait... so you only tighten the wheel nuts finger tight, then lower it down? Shouldn't you at least tighten them a bit with the wrench in a star pattern then give them that last little snug up when the wheel is on the ground?

I always go finger tight and then snug it up with the wrench until the wheel begins to spin and then I lower it. That's just how I like to do it but in reality his way is fine. The wheel itself isn't resting on the ground. You have the rubber tire as a buffer in between so it has some forgiveness. And most lug nuts are tapered a bit so it all pulls into place.

Personally I’ve used the wrench to tighten the wheel nuts more than finger tight in the past with previous cars. Only reason I did it this way was because I wanted to follow the steps from the manual.
