How to Change Windows 10 Wallpaper Without Activation

Once Windows 10 is installed but not activated, the user cannot change personalization options. Here is a workaround.

There are at least two ways to bypass this limitation and set the desired image as your Desktop background.

TIP: you can just left click on any folder such as downloads and press set as background! also saves time

you should never risk and use the free activator for windows because I did that once on windows 10 pro and then I had a virus and within a month my computer was totally useless .

i figured out that all you have to do is save a picture you want for your background then go to files manager right click the photo and click set as wallpaper
