How to Change Your Name in Valorant 2024

In this video I show you how to change your name in Valorant. To change your Valorant name you need to change your Riot game name. This will change your game name for Valorant, as well as other games.
You can change your name through the Riot account settings. For this you will need to sign into your Riot Games account on the Riot Games website. Once signed in you can go to your account settings where you will see the Riot ID heading. Your Riot ID is your Valorant name.
Here you can change your name and tagline. The name can be anything you want, while your tagline must be 3-5 characters long. Your tagline is the identifier for your username which differentiates you from other users with the same Valorant name as you.

Sounds more like you’ve signed into a different account. Never heard of anyone changing their name and losing their progress. Theyre two completely different things that don’t correlate at all

For those who have problem with "Server are down" You have to log in on the client app -click profile, account details -then the browser supposed to be "Sign in", Sign in your account. -and it will redirect you to the web -you can now access settings to change your name.
