Best advice is to add 50ml of water to the compressor before regassing. The compressor will run cooler

But how can you remove all the oil if the pipe entering is not flush with the inside wall of the compressor? Old oil stays there.

Bhaijaan mera 1 Ton AC ka aage ka evaporator coil kharaab ho chuka hai, mai naya AC lene ka soch raha tha..par mere technician ne kaha ki evaporator coil change karke,Nayaa Coolant gas daalke aur compressor ka oil change karke ...mera 6 saal purana AC naye jaisa cooling karega kam as kam 1 se 1.5 years bina tension ke chalega...mera technician acchha banda hai...par kya yakeenan aisa hoga?? Meherbaani karke bataye. 👍

Hello bhai, I have 1ton rotary compressor whose oil is completely turned black. Is it possible to clean inside of the compressor (without cutting) with petrol by injecting through suction side? So that all the dark oil comes out and refill with clean oil. Also what should be the quantity of the oil? Hope you will answer my question. Thank you.
