In this video I show you how to charge your golf cart batteries manually if your golf cart charger will not turn on. This method uses a car battery charger and charges in line 2 at a time your golf cart 8v batteries. The reason why you want to charge them like I show you in the video is your putting 12v of power to 2 batteries that are 16v. If you were to only charge 1 battery you would damage it because your putting 12v to a 8v battery. So charge them like I show you in the video and do 3 sets total and after plug your charger in like normal and it should work just fine. Hope the video can help. Thank you for your time.

What did you set your charger to 30, 60, or 200? Did you say 30 minutes each set 3 times for a total of 4.5 hours?

I have the opposite problem, I replaced the batteries with new Trojans and the charger won't shut off , let it run overnight and it boiled my batteries , any suggestions?

Good info. Lol why does everyone always sound like a newscaster when they record themselves? Slowing down speech toward the end of the sentence and really punching up that last word: the batteries..went..dead..over....the.....winter...TIME. Lol. Anyway, good info tho.
