What if you can see the app causing the problem in a antivirus app and then check your app list on phone but don't see it there.

How do I know what apps to remove and also the messanger voicemail virus was sent to my messages and I am not sure if I was able to delete it ,it seemed to just disappear and I didn't remember if I accidentally clicked on it.

Um so.. i was watching some movies on the website called soap2day but then when i was about to watch it the website said i have to download a vpn called "Tomato VPN" and so i downloaded it but then when i hoped back on the website it was telling me to download more other vpns and so i kinda got worried and searched about the website on YT and i found some comments saying that the website is illegal... And after reading some comments saying it i deleted the vpn and closed the website immediately and now im a bit worried about it i have a vivo phone so i scanned virus on i-manager but it said that my phone is safe but im still a bit worried...do i have a virus?

I had an apk installed from china website, it seems to be a downloader and it auto downloads another two apps. Seeing this, i quickly stop further installations and get out to home page. When i want to uninstall, it says its a system app and cannot be uninstalled. But i quickly press the force stop and the uninstall can be done. Im worried that it could have installed other malicious wares into my phone though the main/first downloader has been uninstalled. How do i check my phone if any other malwares has been downloaded?

Thank you, this gave me some things to do on my phone but sadly my issue isn't apps. Thoughts on my scenario please... I was viewing pictures and made a mistake and clicked a picture in Google images online and it contained a virus , malware etc. Idk the difference and my virus scanner never picks it up and next thing you know my card info was taken because I used that very phone 30 mins afterwards and put my card info in paying for a normal purchase and next day my card is being used in a different country... The virus protection Avira, never picked it up. I was frantic and immediately without thinking reset the phone because when I clicked that pic something weird happened and I thought nothing of it because Avira didn't pick anything up so I of course lost everything I had because no time to think. Now, idk if whatever happened is over after I reset but I'm terrified to do anything financial on this phone. No virus scans picked up anything but Avira, I thought was supposed to be too of the line and it never picked it up. Any suggestions, or should I be safe? I'm using a moto g power.
