Thank you for the video I would like to ask 2 questions 1. what is the allowable range for runout value? 2. How to correct the tge values which is out out of the range? Thanks

For your questions 1) 0.002" 0r 0.0508mm max.for higher RPM 2) you can correct through the heating process by using oxy-acetylene method.

How much is the distance between A, B,C and so on? The maximum shaft runout should be taken along the complete shaft or betweeen A and B points ? What is the maximum shaft run out vaalue?

Approx. 200mm in distance,maximum shaft runout value is 0.05mm for high RPM Morethan 3000 is 0.02 mm tir.

Sir ask ko lang bakit po A to G. & yung total measurement ng shafting.

Location yan sir kung saan naka totuk yun dial indicator.walang require na distance dipindi lang sa haba at condition ng shaft at gusto ng operator.

Dipindi po sa application ng shaft sa normal 0.002" or 0.05mm for 3000+ RPM 0.001" or 0.02 mm.
