Whenever I play against ranged top, I always take sweeper. It lets you have bush control to wtay in exp range or if they get aggresive, they will have to go into your range

Quinn’s passive harrier steals the movespeed of whatever she procd it from and gains that speed that’s why she kept getting away early

There's something so satisfying playing champs like Cho that get bullied early and then steamroll the 'counter' pick when they hit 6 and get items. Less so when the people who should be doing damage, aren't.
