yeah if the material is thin enough, and the working time is long enough.

how do you do to avoid burrs in the edges? its possible? Its take too much time?

with right para, it won't cause burrs. 8mm thickness on aluminum roughly 15 minutes

how layers can you laser at the same time? let's say your plate was 2 layers.

one time one layer. The longer you make the machine engraving on the material, the more layers it can engrave.
