Sir mujhe doctor ne number wale sunglass suggest kiya hai. Me jyada computer or phone use karta hoo.din me 6 to 7 hours . Night me 2 to 3 hours. Or iske liye kounsa lens atcha hoga sir. Please reply kijiyega

I have just done my cataract surgery within 1-2 weeks. But I have reading books ,mobile , newspapers etc especially nearby. I have educational professional field so can I need or make bifocal spectales for near and far vision both. Please suggest about this .
