Remember that self-directed custodian costs for me IRA yearly $1499. cost $299 plus $100 a month. MAKE SURE YOU PLAY BIG, not good for some who is not contributing yearly, so, if you open with 6K.. in four years, you've paid in fees. While your 25% in fees...YOUR invest margin ROI in 6% and fees are 25%... I'm not sure how to make sense of this. Maybe I don't have a mindset as an investor... Maybe FLAT fee's is best if you have over 1m?
