I need to get that plugin. Logic pro is cool but it's a process to sample in my opinion with that daw. Quicker workflow is important especially if you have projects to complete 🔥🔥 Keep up the good work bro

Yo, if you haven't gotten the 10.5 update yet you should give it a go. That Quick Sampler is pretty much a Simpler knock off and works pretty well

@3:54 You're confusing low-pass filter with high-pass filter. When you cut out for example the low end it's a high-pass/low-cut filter.

The simpler beat is like some Lo-Fi beats to study to type stuff. The serato beat feels is like something big L would rap on. But personally I like the serato beat better

I would say the only method to the madness is listening to a lot of producers that chop up the soul! J Dilla, Kanye, Madlib, 9th Wonder are all great people to listen to. When you find a song you like of theirs, go to WhoSampled and find the original song! Then you can listen and find where the producer what making the chops (ie. on the snares, kicks, bass notes, beginning of chords, etc.). For sure a great way to start training your ears for where to chop! Or just do it randomly like L Dre did it and I am sure you'll find some cool stuff.
