If you know me, then you know that I am a cold process soapmaker and I use lots of cocoa butter in my recipe. Having carpel tunnel, this isn't a task I look forward to doing at all. But now that I have this awesome sauce Meat cleaver, cutting any size block of cocoa butter is a breeze.

I'm a chef too although retired due to Health condition. Your knife is called a Cleaver, if you have a jug of boiling water and you put your knife in it especially in Winter that too will help. I've never seen such a gorgeous big block of luxurious cocoa butter before. I'm so happy your video came up on Utube today.

Hey girl hey, good morning, today I looked at some of the comments so I don’t repeat them. My first thought is who in the biscuit and gravy get to your channel every week to hate. You know I’m going to pray for their unhappy spirit. The soap videos they made me angry. But, showing us how to cut coco butter with a clever. Just sad...... So back to the video. I’m glad you gave the name of the clever. I kinda play around making peppermint patties, peanut butter, caramel candies. I slowed down on it when the scale seem like it keep breaking. The numbers kept going up and up. This demo today is going to help me with a lot of chopping. The clever looks sturdy and sharp a tool I believe I need. So with that, be safe and have an awesome day

Okay guy, so I called it a butchers knife, it's actually a meat cleaver, lol! Thanks for the correction my lovelies! This is sooooo satisfying to watch! You should totally do this again but make it an AMSR with little or no talking and just the sounds of the chopping and slivering cocoa butter. Could be that viral video you need to draw more attention to your channel.

I have a cleaver that I got form Fingerhut 30 years ago that I use. Makes fairly quick work of a large block.

Kenny, u are a life saver! I go to the restaurant depot and they sell beef ribs in like the teranasaurus form and I never get them cause I dont have a way to cut them up. Well here you are recommending the cleaver I need! Im getting 2, one for my kitchen and the other for my soap..Love u sis!!

Yes! I melt down blocks of bees wax and poor out in drops...very time consuming! I wonder of this would work for the wax too?? I know you can buy bees wax pastilles but they are expensive and i think they smell smoky. Thanks for this tip Kenny!!💗
