Egyptair spoilt the zipper and handle of my suitcase and they responded there is nothing they can do because its wear and tear. Now i am looking for a lawyer because it so unfair of them. Now they don´t even bother to respond to my emails.

My bag got damaged too, at the airport i went to the the airlines help center they made me fill some forms and address and I didn’t hear from them from that day. Do you know how the process of reporting straight at the airport works

I recently travelled with Air France . After landing at Delhi airport I noticed my both checked in bags had broken zips and locks and missing all valuable items. I filed a claim with airline but they only refunded me 145 dollars and I had loss of around 1500 dollars. Staff at Delhi airport is crap and not helpful at all . I believe loaders at Delhi airport break bags and steal stuff , and ground staff is also involved. Please put all valuables in your carry on or hand bag .

Hi sir, few days back on 9 th of August i travelled from the jaipur to Pune via air Asia. And reaching home I saw the laguage is damaged, the tired were not allowed properly, the low is broken and even though one of the rods of tyre was missing and one was broken. I complained them about the same but they are not helping me out by just saying it's just wear and tear and it's normal in flight. By suit case was brand new so what should I do??

Hello sir, thanks for sharing such an useful video. But I have came across a same incident and it was through indigo airlines. I checked our their website and go through maximum but there is no such option for damaged baggage. So any other further suggestions for the same.

i applied for my luggage to turkish airline claim they refused my claim by saying that there was no damage reported in their system. in case of visible damage i was supposed to report to the lost and found office in the baggage claim before leaving the airport. i didnt knew it was possible that way. what should i do now
