I'll apologize in advance for what I'm about to say because being a PC technician myself I hate to bash on fellow techs BUT in this case I just HAVE to say something for all the people at home watching this. 1. Nice job on the keyboard and exterior (except for splashing directly on the laptop (including the screen which should NEVER be done ... always splash ON THE CLOTH!) 2.For the screen, this video is more about what NOT to do than what to do. A) Once again, NEVER SPLASH DIRECTLY ON THE SCREEN, ALWAYS ON THE CLOTH. B) Do NOT use Scott towels to clean a screen, always use a clean microfiber cloth. This guy might not see it but the customer will eventually notice that his screen is all scratched up (he might not care but I'm sure viewers do care about their own computer). C) NEVER EVER use WINDEX on a screen or any household cleaning liquid because they have amonia and other chemicals that will damage the screen over time. Windex is for glass windows ... NOT ELECTRONIC SCREENS! Once again, I'm sorry but this tech needs a refresher course on modern electronics!

Too many wrong laptop cleaning ethics. Why would spray liquid directly to the screen and keyboard? There could be some moderation there but people will overdo and get get their laptop damaged in the process. 4 out of 10 for me.
