The machine should recommend for you to do this, however we do recommend every 2-3 months to make sure there is no build up and you get great tasting coffee.

The total process is around 30 minutes, but for the main descaling section this is 20 minutes. - Thanks Brett

You can change the temperature the coffee brews at in the settings of the machine, but we would also advise that for the best coffee temperature you should use a warm cup, such as rinsing the inside of the cup with hot water before the coffee gets dispensed. If using a programme with milk, we would advise for the milk to be warmer than straight from the fridge, so letting it warm up slightly from fridge temperature can help with better results. - Thanks Brett
