THANK YOU SO MUCH for recommending the Tilex Mold and Mildew with Clorex! I can’t believe the difference it made after just 10 minutes. I had tried everything else in the nasty corners of my shower - other specialized mould sprays overnight, applying bleach- nothing made a difference …. to the point I wondered what that black stuff actually was. I used the Tilex, left on for 10 min and it wiped off most of it! I will reapply in a few spots next week. Your advise is the best!!

Thank you for this very helpful video ⭐️. I had no idea vinegar has that effect on grout. I’ve been using a dish wand filled with dishwashing soap and vinegar. I’ll switch it to dishwashing soap only.

Curious as to the dilution of LA’s Totally Awesome cleaner to water you use. I’ve purchased some and followed the recommended 5 parts water to 1 part cleaner for tile, but the yellow/orange color in the spray bottle isn’t as intense as what you were using in the video. Do you recommend a different mix ratio?

We are getting ready to remodel our master bathroom. We are making a shower room with a bath inside. Trying to figure our what tile to use. I am assuming that the tile with the most grout would be the hardest to keep clean. Also, what colors are easiest to keep clean or show the least amount of dirt when they are dirty? We are either going to go with smaller hex tile or large cement looking tiles. Thanks!

Honestly, the easiest showers to maintain are the good old fashioned fiberglass showers. The key factor for maintaining showers with grout is just always make sure the grout is sealed so any soil will sit on top rather than seeping down deep. Once it gets unsealed it’s a pain to maintain. 👍🙂 That being said, if it were me I would get bigger tiles (color is only for appearance) with more pronounced grout lines. Small tiles will leave you twice as much grout to keep sealed👍🙂

For the hard spots get some brushes that attach to a power tool and use that to scrub off the shitty parts that won’t come off easily.

That's a really nice big shower...The only thing I hate about it is that the showerheads are fixed in their positions...It would be perfect if there was some removable sprayer

To rinse the product off the tiles. Can use the handheld shower attachment. Makes life easier. Oh and get out of the shower while using the water. 😆

Yes that is the preferred way. Unfortunately this shower doesnt have a sprayer.

I always dry my shower walls after my shower and they stay clean and mold free.

best routine is after every shower wipe down with squeegee then spray using shower shine spray & leave to dry, this protects the glass, tiles & chrome surfaces from water marks & it prevents the build-up of mould & mildew

Thanks for telling people to wear a mask or respirator protection, also eye protection would be good . Any cleaning product can burn your eyes. These Cleaning products are way stronger than shampoo or body soap. Maybe try natural hair/ body wash too.
