What a lovely job and I bet the customer and you are both satisfied. People when working are in a rush to do everything quickly and on their mobile phones. Some have lost the ability to enjoy doing a good job. You have not and do an excellent job. I bet your in demand. My builder is eighty and brilliant and thinks well in advance and loves to work. He always always spot on. I have learnt so much from him as a DIY man him. Learnt a lot from your video. WELL DONE

Great job I do mine once a year and resand and seal it with a water based sealer makes the world of difference. 120 sq ft takes about 50 ltrs of sealer

The rust stains left from cutting the RSJ can be tricky to remove. However, the blocks can easily be lifted and swapped with clean blocks towards the back of the drive or from an area out the way. This can make a huge easy improvement to the first appearance of a drive. All the best with your work. James - Pristine Paving, East Sussex.

Nice job awesome setup in the van,I like the snow foam cannon idea for the hypo, before resanding I’ve wiggled a couple of stained blocks out and turned them upside down before now then resand 😉

Those marks at the ends are a total nightmare to remove.. I usually just flip the blocks over with most stains these days to just avoid the hassle. Great vid bud

I had angle grinder marks on my brick block... got it off with strong brick acid. I used a garden sprayer and just washed the stain until it melted away 🤘😉

Strangely very satisfying to watch. Would you recommend putting a sealent on top of the block driveway? I ask because, I got a new block driveway done over a year ago and want to keep that new look!

Hi ya marky , certainly would not recommend any sealer as its dont really work that well , Your better off using a biocide to keep it looking its best

Excellent video, thanks for sharing. I'm currently looking at this as a new career (recently made redundant) I have a couple of questions if you don't mind. To start off (until I saw your video), I was thinking of buying a smaller van such as a VW Caddy and getting a top quality cold pressure washer set up. Your set up looks fantastic but starting up would I do well to start with a cold set up? Also as it's now September is it too late for this year especially for residential, I was thinking of getting a top quality carpet cleaner to diversify (currently I'm doing handyman type jobs for people (gardening, decorating, small plumbing jobs etc) and several customers have asked "do you clean carpets/pressure wash etc" so there does seem to be demand and to have a couple of options, any advice you could offer please? Thanks

Great to see someone who takes pride in doing a job. It's all about attention to detail. KZfaq, must be reviewing my emails / web searches, as my K7 arrives today. What chemical(s) would you recommend for putting through the K7 for cleaning the Marley concrete roof tiles as well as for the monoblock wash. Cheers. Subscribed...

Hello Stephen, thanks very much. Its not really advised to put chemicals through your pump on your pressure washer as some can be quite harsh and will erode your seals , we use a seprate chemical pump. The chemicals that karcher supply are not very good, ideally for best results use soduim hypo, but dont put through pressure washer, Happy cleaning Steve 👍

@@Bournemouthjetwashing Thanks for that, I ordered a separate hand pressure sprayer, and one of those lance sprayers. Will get the sodium hypo, should that be applied straight out the container, or do you water it down, based on the degree of staining?

Hi Ricky, I think that "burn mark" is probably iron oxide (aka rust). The likelihood of angle grinder sparks achieving temperatures required to burn brick is slim. It will however spray iron filings into the surface. As such you should try Iron-X, bilt hamber autowheel or similar to dissolve the iron particles before jet washing. Hope this helps.

Hello Jaun thanks for your commnet and info i can see your point after looking into this issue more now i was also told that wet blasting with kiln dried sand would take it off without defacing the top of the brick, Juan ll ceratinly try this if the guy needs it done but he was on about having some spare bricks and will replace them. Hi adam , not really sure its just pressure washing, just take your time with it to do a good job and certainly having the right tools for the helps. Be honest with your customers on how well you can clean up there driveway, patio , But most of all be happy in your job👍😄
