How to clean instant geyser | No hot water coming out from geyser | Slow flow from geyser

3 жыл бұрынIn this video you will learn how to clean or service your instant geyser and also by doing that you can solve low hot water flow problem or less quantity of hot water problem. First of all open your geyser by unscrewing all screws in the back side or up and down side, then lift the covers and disconnect the indicators. Remove the insulation carefully and then take the geyser tank out of the covers. If there is still water inside the geyser tank then drain it by opening the drain bolt .
Disconnect all wire connection and its best to take a photo if you don't know how to do connections. After that open all nut and bolts holding the geyser assembly , now try to shake the geyser assembly to let loose or use a screwdriver to pull it out . Once you take out the geyser assembly clean all the scaling deposit inside the tank and on the inner parts of geyser assembly. If the scaling is hard to clean then use vinegar with water with 50-50 to clean it fast or 10-50 ratio fir slow cleaning.
Check the gasket if its not damaged or have any cracks in it , if you found any then better to replace it. After everything is cleaned start assemble everything back. Once you assemble the geyser assembly to the geyser tank put some water in it and turn it up side down to check for leakages . If everything is ok then connect the wires and pack it in the covers.

there will be a short may be in wires or some where else , until you fix that short there is no use to replace the fuse

scaling jada ander tak nahi thi isliye screwdriver se hi shaf ho gai , aap chahe to vinegar or pani ke mixture mai pipe ko dal kar rakh sakte hai or kuch ghanto ke bad scaling dissolve ho jayigi

wiring check karo sabse pehle , or sath mai sabhi terminals bhi check kare ki rust to nahi laga hai , koi wire hard to nahi ho gayi hai or aggar wires short hoyaye to bhi ye problem aati hai

agaar rod ke terminals se ?? to rod change hogi, ya kuch rods mai safety valve laga rehta hai jismai pipe lagti hai vaha se ?? to safety valve or maybe rod change hogi, ya rod ke sides se ?? to gasket proper nahi bathi hogi or ese mai bhi aapko rod change karne padti hai kyuki gasket akeli milna thoda mushkil hota hai

@@annkitbrahmbhatt6719 cylinder gasket hai to replace kardo or agaar element gasket hai to new element dalna padega kyuki gasket uske sath mai hi aati hai or agaar aap pipe mai jo washer lagti hai uski bat kar rahe hai to bo 1-2 rs ki aati hai esily replace ho jati hai

pehle geyser pipes mai jo washer lagi hoti hai vo check karo ki jada to nahi full gai hai , phir bhoi agar nahi theek hota to geyser ander se clean karna padega

@@armanahuja4995 aagar aap open kar sake to kar sakte hai, depend karta hai water kesa use ho raha hai , temp kya set hai geyser ka , besse 3-4 saal mai a sakti hai or 10 saal tak bina problem ke bhi chal sakta , kuch nahi kaha jaa sakta

@@ramvasudev7 sir there could be blockage either in inlet pipe or out let pipe , if those pipes are clear then you need to clean the geyser from inside similarly shown in the video
