I was hoping for more than an ad for wiping down keys. How about the rubber buttons, the speakers, the moving parts such as the knobs?

I saw your product on Amazon, and I moved on because I didn't see MIDI keyboard in the product title. I and many other novices assume that MIDI or electronic pianos should be cleaned differently than regular wood pianos. I'm buying your product because of this KZfaq video. I suggest you update the title to include MIDI or electronic, like the title of this video does. I think that small change would increase your sales.

I use Endust for electronics and a microfiber polishing cloth on my keyboards. I wipe over the touchscreen and the rubber buttons and even the plastic outer case. Works great!!!!

I do not spray the endust directly on the keys or screen or buttons. I spray it on the microfiber cloth and polish and use another microfiber to dry

We do not have any product that will get the powder out of the speaker, you may need to take it to a piano/keyboard repair shop to get evaluated

Without taking the keyboard and speakers apart and wiping it down manually, just buy a $5 can of air that is used for computers and spray out the dust and junk inside there as much as you can. Its quicker and most of the time it does the job.

Is it OK to cover a midi keyboard with a piece of soft cloth while it is still connected via USB? I turn the power switch off on the keyboard while doing that. Just curious cause I bought a new M audio oxygen pro 49 as my old midi keyboard didn't even lasted a year cause of faulty censors..

Sounds like you had a lot of grime on there and you just moved it around. Spray some more on a cloth and wipe down again.

What do I need to look out for when using "The Piano One" on my gloss finish upright piano? I'm terrified of adding scratches. Do I go in circular motions?

It’s important to know that the Piano One will not create the scratches, it is dust that can create scratches. Step one use a clean duster or MusicNomad’s cleaning cloth to remove the dust that is on the piano. If you have our Piano cleaning cloth that would be the side that has the higher pile(longer) of fiber. It’s great because we have our cloth is 2 ’n 1. We have the short side (applying cleaner) and long side (removing dust.) Use sweeping motions to remove the dust. Once the dust is off the finish, spray our Piano One directly onto a clean cloth (we always recommend our premium piano microfiber cloth). Use clean and dry part of cloth to buff to a showroom shine.

Wiping your beautiful gloss upright with a dry cloth is exactly how you scratch it. Use a damp microfiber towel first. Compressed air works really well also.

Key contact pads on electronic circuit board may be dirty. You need to disassemble and clean the rubber pads with rubbing alcohol
