Hi Dalton. Thanks for this great video. I'm just now researching reselling shoes and I bought my first pair yesterday at Savers (Johnston and Murphy for $9). With shoe polish, you might mention using a shoe brush. You don't get the shine without it. I was in the US Navy, and I used quite a bit of shoe polish and edge dressing. Especially in boot camp.

Thanks! You can also use a sharpie to remove sharpie. It re liquifies it I guess you could say and you can wipe away

I’ve been trying to find a video on cleaning womens leather high heels. We find a few high end heels and I’m always lost on the best way to clean the foot bed and leather outer, repair snail scuffs and scratches.

What about suede? Especially, on moccasins?

Hand sanitizer is great for getting Sharpie off stuff

I'm surprised he doesn't use Oxi-clean. The powdered version is fantastic for cleaning shoes and it doesn't damage fabrics like most of the harsh chemicals he uses here.

What would you use on new shoes that have been written on the bottom but they’re leather? Gotta pair of sperry’s brand new that were written on the bottom. Magic eraser. Hair spray. None of that worked to get it out.

Is there a good method for insoles? I’m new to this and am trying to figure out if I just pass on shoes with bad looking insoles or if I replace or clean them.

How do you get the marker out of insole of shoes? Goodwill is starting to mark them instead of bottom of shoes….. grrr lol

I heard you say you've used oxy clean to soak shoes maybe mesh fabrics in another video. How long do you soak them, so they don't separate?

Goo gone gets the metallic writing off the bottom. D great for the white sides just don’t do like I do and and use it on a side that was pink literally removed the paint off the side sheesh 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️
