How to delete inactive user profiles account with user account folders Windows 10 tutorial
How to recognize a folder, or a profile that is not associated with an existing user account. More difficult when profile names are different from the user name account. By remove unused user profiles directory you will save disk space and clear up Users folder
In c:/Users folder, open the profile properties and the security tab, there you can see, which users or groups of users are given permissions for this profile.
If the folder is not granted permission, it means that it is not associated with any user account.

😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭I unknowingly deleted users , when i right clicked on C drive and from there PROPERTIES, then under SECURITY, I found 5 users, from them 3 were having FULL ACCESS, so other remaining 2 users were having LIMITED ACCESS, so I deleted those 2 users..... And alongside my windows was updating and requted for restart..... So I clicked for RESTART PC..... Then Blue screen of ERROR occurs... And then screen enters into Automatic Repair.... And still now stuck into it....😢😢😢😢😢😢 My important documents are in C drive... Can you suggest me something.....😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

either you format the pc or go through adavanced option search how to get through it or wait till it finish
