Thank you for sharing this. I am so impressed with your instructions; you went straight to the point and were extremely thorough with the instructions and details. Your video was one of the better non pro instructional videos I have seen. The taping of this was excellent and very professional as the item of interest was the maim focus. Your instructions wear very clear, the tapeing stayed focused on the subject, as it always should but rarely does, making it easy to understand. Great job using just your hands to explain. Most instructionals, are not as focused on the point and many seem to forget that one does not care to stroke one's ego and they are half assed , excuse me,, compared to this.. I appreciate you for taking the time to share this with others whom you don't know. I can tell you have a heart of gold and enjoy helping others as your personality was very genuine. I will look forward to other videos that you may have. Off to clean my savers now, Thanks to your help!

I found this all dirty after being in storage for years. After cleaning it off and trying it out, it work better than new one from Costco. Cleaning however was difficult at first because it wouldn't tilt back. After watching your video I was able to see the under side and discovered the black locking mechanisms on both sides under the green release ones. Freed it up with a flat head screwdriver and now all is good. Thanks for the video

Thank you I was looking for information and your video was dead on, I could see all the parts and you took your time explaining in details all the parts that needed cleaning. Now perhaps I can use the used machine that I purchased it's probably filthy inside? When I first tried without cleaning I could cut and seal easily but when it came time to vacuum the air out, the bag just would not empty the air and after several attempts it finally did start vacuuming, made the noise it usually does but would not stop until I pressed stop the red light came on and the bag sealed without vacuuming...so I will try cleaning the used machine, hope it works, if not the machine probably has other unfixable issues so I'll just buy a new one, any suggestion on which one to buy, Foodsaver people have so many out there. Thank you once again!

with dry foods we are not contaminating the food saver but what is more important if disenfecting the food saver after packing chicken and meats and what do we use i bought one last month but i wont use it for packing meats and fish,so im going to buy another one just for meats chicken and fish
