I love your little shout out to the tea haha as soon as I heard that I had to pause the video and go make a cup for myself too while I watched! I know what you mean about having a favourite store and the service not being the same in others. Thanks for the tip on the soft bristle brush, I'm going to do that for my next deep cleaning! Love your videos .

Thanks for the informative video! The pandora store in Singapore doesn't provide free polishing so this is extremely important to me so I don't hurt my Pandora babies 😍

I went to a Pandora and we met this amazing sales lady and she helped me choose my bracelet and she talked me through everything and since I'm young and can't afford one I'm getting it for Christmas from my parents but she organized so my mom has an appointment that was good for her, and she told us about all of these deals and I think she bent one of the deal rules for us so she was just amazing and whenever I go to Pandora I'm always going to ask for her!

Could you please make a video of how you would style the bracelet if you're wearing a watch or wedding rings. Sometimes I find it hard for all the jewelry to coordinate :)

It is truly so much fun slowly building your bracelet with meaningful charms. My first bracelet was my "fairy garden" bracelet and it is so special to me! fashionstoryteller I got the idea from Pearlina 1925 Pandora and More here on KZfaq.....basically make a paste with the baking soda and water and sit the charms in the paste. The tarnish melts right off.

Jenna Tieu hello Jenna! You will know it needs a cleaning when it’s lost the shine to it; it’s looking a little dull, darker in colour and not as sparkly or shiny as it use to be. Another way to tell is if your noticing black tarnish being left on your skin.

hi when i purchased my bracelets years ago i was told not too submerge them in water because it gets in the coils and stretches the bracelet and the bracelet will naturally stretch because of the weight dependung on how many charms on the bracelet do i dont think thats the way too clean them i use silver polish from tiffanys which works on everything silver and wipe them after with a damp cloth

Samantha Cox that's so interesting. Thank you for sharing! This is the way my local Pandora taught me to clean my bracelets, about 4 years ago! So that's so interesting your Pandora recommends something else. They said you just don't want them to go into spas, pools (chlorine), showers/baths (shampoos, etc) because those would cause the effect you mentioned! I've been doing this method for four years now and all my bracelets and charms are good...i haven't noticed any issues that you mentioned, if that helps! So if you're thinking of trying it, you'll be safe, I promise! They also told me not to use silver cleaner because it would be too harsh on the charms and you'd loose the oxidation/enamel details. That's why they don't sell it at their stores, they don't recommend it! Just the cleaning cloths and the cleaning kit they have. Ultimately, it's whatever works best for you! And what you are comfortable using. Thank you so much for watching and letting me know! 💕

Hi amazing video ! I just got my first pandora bracelet yesterday with a couple of charms , and saw a video where a girl was saying that sleeping with your bracelet ruins it , is that true ? 💗💗🙏🏻

Sooo sorry for such a late reply/keeping you waiting!!! Personally, I feel sleeping in your bracelets will cause minimal issues...it tends to be related to the oils in your skin going onto the bracelets and causing discolouration or tarnish. This can vary from person to person. The main reason I would suggest not wearing jewellery to bed is to avoid having your jewellery getting caught on bed sheets, etc. (this could cause damage to your bracelets too) or scratching yourself or causing skin irritation. I hope this helps! Just my perspective. :) ;)

Hi! What brand of soap do you use to clean the charms?? There’s just so many different brands of soap I’m afraid to get the wrong one and ruin my pandora bracelet and thanks for sharing this video, it is very helpful.

So happy you found it helpful! I usually do about 2-3 minutes! If it is really dirty, I sometimes add on an extra minute or two!

You can clean inside the clasp too, the exact same method. I tend not to really spend too much time cleaning inside of my clasp as it isn't seen. :) xx

Karen Guest thank you so much, Karen! Happy to hear you enjoyed it. I made a video about my Pandora box, but sadly Pandora no longer makes this style! I do know some countries have similar boxes (australia and I think Germany). Recently, Pandora has been bringing out more jewellery boxes, but they are limited to certain countries. If you like the style of mine, Stacker Boxes are very similar!!!

Hi, i've been told to never put the murano glass beads in water. I did this cleaning method a few times with mine and the water and soap gets between the glass and the inside bead and it has made black spots of water inside the bead that cannot be removed. Please do not recommend this for the glass beads it ruins them.

It's happened to both of mine and the store I went to the other day said what it was and that you should never put them in water and the shops are never meant to when they clean them for you either. I'm in a different country to you but I use a natural eco-friendly brand called earthwise

Delfi danise it's on a silver charm! Correct? And you used the Pandora polishing cloth after cleaning it? If you tried all that and it didn't come out, bring it to your local Pandora! They can take a look and try cleaning it too!

Hi, I have a question. Does this toothbrush method affect in any way the crystals? I've heard that crystals are prone to fall off. Did you have any experience with this? Thank you!

Hello there! ☺️ I use a soft bristled toothbrush and I’ve never had any of my crystals fall out from cleaning or in general! They should be secured to last. If you have experienced this, I would bring your charm(s) back to Pandora and see what they can do. For the price, the crystals should be secured safely and defects shouldn’t be missed! I do think it’s important not to wear your jewellery while working out, dishes, etc. I would be more worried if a stone getting hit and falling off. Hope this helps!!!

I've purchased a bracelet and some charms in USA, but I'm from Argentina, a Pandora store is coming up here in june, do you think I would be able to appeal to this store in Argentina even though I haven't shop here? It really depends on the store! If you have the original receipts, that may help you! Technically, the charms are on warranty for 1 year, but this is from the place of purchase. Many Pandora stores are unable to help if the charms were purchased elsewhere, but sometimes you meet an amazing manager who is willing to wave that and help as best as they can! You could also look into contacting Pandora directly. In my experience, I've always found Pandora to have amazing customer service, so if the Argentina store is unable to help, contact Pandora directly. I am certain they will do their best to help! The crystals really should not fall out if you are taking good care of your jewellery. I'm really sad to hear they fell out...it honestly sounds like a defect! Keep me posted on what happens! xx

Hello Fiona! Best way to know: you don't want the water to be burning your fingers/hands. It should be comfortable that you can put your hand inside! Then, you'll know it's perfect! xx

Fiona Carvell awe, I remember being hesitate too, but this is what Pandora recommend to me years ago! I've never had an issue with it. if you actually log onto Pandora's website, they have a whole session on how to clean the jewellery! This is the method they recommend ☺️💕
