I found how to fix the bug! Put the second if else block inside the first one, and delete the first switch costume to source block.

I am so happy to see Scratch giving kids an opportunity to get exposed to game design. Keep up the good work. Scratch is fun, and so is coding with more advanced programming languages, although they are more stressful. Hope you try exploring the wider world of game design someday!

hey, what you can do for the else block here: 6:29 is that you can place the other else block in the else part of the other else block. A bit confusing, but it does work!

you can put a reapeat until not key (whatever arrow) pressed and else switch it to the first costume.. But GREAT job :D

for the bug you can also make a code containing this code : in a forever loop add a if block then put the statement "not key any pressed? and if that happens then just switch to first costume..

Another way for the map: Upload the map in a vector drawing program, Save it has an SVG file then put it in scratch, then Make a costume named "Blank" Then make it empty and then empty it and make the maps size as big as you want. End of the way.
