However, she rescued me and my adult kids when their beloved Dad passed away later that year. Lola is now living a safe, loving life in the bush here in central Victoria, Australia. I enjoy your updates. Tina is a sweetheart, rolling, scratching her neck and back in the dirt. She's happy despite her condition, so are the strays because they know and trust you to treat them kindly. It's nice to be able to rely on some locals to look out for the strays and inform you of their injuries, etc. Your presence and humanitarian work on this island is a blessing to these dogs.

Really enjoying these full weekly updates on our furry friends in addition to your daily Instagram stories! You are doing a fab job with all the social media stuff Niall👏 I hope it continues to grow, spread awareness and get loads of support for this wonderful work you and your team are doing. Gee your heart must go up and down and round and round. Letting go of the dogs you love as they move on, seeing them hurt etc. You truly are amazing. Gee I love Tommy, what a beauty, but Tina of course always the big shining star. ⭐️🥰

I just finished reading your book so it's great to watch these videos and put furry faces to names. I'm also delighted to see Lucky because, in the book, she was still missing. Just wanted to thank you for being so open and honest about your struggles and past in the book. It was not only really engaging and easy to read but you came across as relatable and like a "regular bloke". I could have read it forever. I found myself smiling at many of the stories as I read the book in bed with my own little rescue dog lying safe and warm next to me. I adopted him in Montenegro and I feel grateful that he has not known (nor will ever know) any of the hardships your street dogs have endured. The cruelty some people inflict on innocent animals is heartbreaking so watching videos like this from people like you who dedicate their time to helping them restores at least some of my faith in humanity.
