In fact there actually a server room in the beta version you can hear brad's voice saying 'Hey. Hey. Come on we gotta torch the servers on' this unusual dialogue was removed in the final version of gta 5 this server can be accessible through any force teleporter mod idk how he lock picked it up. And the room just looks just like the exact same what he showed but the yellow bag is not there, the yellow bag is modded Fun fact: they only removed the dialogue, not the room! You can still go in using a force teleporter mod
