People should be their own bank. Invest uourself rather than bank to do it and pay you retirns. I learnt this trick 2 years ago. You can make 25-100% interest depending on what you trade on ( food, sheep, etc)

Well explained, only one error. If you start at 5000/- every month in January, there's no way the 5000/- that you deposit in Nov, Dec or any other month will earn the 12.5% at the beginning of this second year. Every input must do its own 12 months. So, it is a graduated, or stepwise cumulation over time: Jan to Jan, Feb to Feb etc.

Think its all looks rosy with all with the figures but there are 2 factors: 1. You have not factored the currency depreciation. In 10 years the 1mil will be worth 500k. 2. You are always saving 5k every month not like its just multiplying by itself. in those 10 years you might probably have gained 150k in total.
